How ManoYatra
Works
You talk, your AI companion drafts a journal entry, and you decide what to keep. Every log, chart, and streak you see is built only from entries you confirmed — nothing is measured or inferred behind your back.
TRACK WHAT MATTERS TO YOU
12 Daily Check-ins
Instead of one long questionnaire, ManoYatra offers quick, 10-second in-app check-ins. Six core check-ins cover the essentials; six more go deeper when you want them. Each one shows the peer-reviewed research behind it, right in the app.

Your Logging Streak, at a Glance
These bands describe how consistently you've been logging — not your wellbeing. There's no good or bad number, just your own record over time.
HOW IT WORKS
Simple. Private. Powerful.
Share Your Thoughts
Chat naturally with your AI companion — in any language, about anything on your mind, by text or voice — or do a quick 10-second check-in.
AI Drafts a Log
At the end of your chat, your companion drafts a short journal entry — mood, topics, a one-line note — from what you said.
You Confirm the Log
Edit anything, then save. Only what you confirm becomes part of your journal — nothing is recorded automatically.

Have Questions? We've Got Answers.
No. Organizations only receive anonymized, team-level activity trends. Your individual logs, conversations, and personal data are never shared with your employer.
Only from logs you confirmed. When a chat ends, your companion drafts a log — mood, topics, a short note — and you decide what to save. Nothing is added to your journal without your confirmation.
Quick, 10-second in-app taps — mood, sleep, stress, focus, social connection, recovery and more. Each one is optional, takes a moment, and shows the peer-reviewed research behind it. They're a fast way to log a day without writing anything.
The draft is simply discarded after a couple of days. Nothing is saved or shown anywhere unless you tap Save.
Your journal just shows fewer entries for that stretch — nothing decays or changes retroactively. When you come back, your history picks up right where you left off.
