Bondla Wildlife Sanctuary
Another beautiful wildlife reservation is the Bondla Wildlife Sanctuary Goa.It is located at the Border of Ponda and Sanguem district in the North Eastern part of Goa.Bondla is the smallest of all the sanctuaries in Goa as it is spread over just 8 square kilometers of an area. The Bondla National park consists of Deer Parks, Rose Garden and Botanical Garden as well.This sanctuary also contains a Nature Education Centre where more visual information is provided about the abundance of animals preserved in the Sanctuary.
This Reserve is home to animals as well as birds such as Wild Boar, Leopard, Panthers, Snakes, different species of Deer and Kingfishers, Woodpeckers, Hornbills among the others.
Mhadei Wildlife Sanctuary
Near Valpoi which falls in the sub-district of Sanguem Taluka in North of Goa, resides the esthetic Mhadei Wildlife Sanctuary. Spread around 208.5 square kilometer of area, The Reserve houses innumerable animals and birds in its region providing you with the opportunity of indulging in a sight to behold experience.Interestingly, the three topmost peaks of Goa namely Sonsogod, TalavcheSadaand Vageriare located within the Sanctuary.
The variants of animals to be found in this specific Wildlife Sanctuary includes Black Panther, barking Deer, Indian Pangolin, Slender Loris, Flying squirrel, Asian palm Civet, Bonnet Macaque, hump-nosed pit viper, spectacled Cobra, Russell’s Viper, Whitaker’s Sand Boa and a lot more. In terms of the birds that can be easily seen in this Reserve are Crimson-backed Sunbird, Rufous Blabber, Malabar Parakeet, Malabar Flying Frog, Glassy tiger, Grey-headed Bulbul to name a few from many more others.

Netravali Wildlife Sanctuary
With the area of 211.05 square kilometers, this Sanctuary is situated in the Sanguem Taluka sub-district of East Goa. The name of the Bird sanctuary is influenced by the famous Indian Ornithologist, Dr. Salim Ali.
